What is the turnaround time for my match recording?
For most games, you can expect to receive your processed video within 48 hours. Altough in certain situations you may receive it sooner. Add-ons like physical USBs may take a bit longer.
Can you record in poor weather conditions?
Our cameras are waterproof to a certain degree. However, there has been instances where the water hits directly the lens and that makes the recording difficult.
What happens if my match is rescheduled or canceled?
If your soccer match gets rescheduled, we will do our best to acommodate the new date into our schedule or you can select to have another match recorded. If the game gets cancel, you can request to have another match recorded. Either way you will never lose your deposit.
How many cameras are used for each game?
We only use one camera. Our cameras follow the action from end-to-end so there is no need to have more than one.
How many photos would I get with the add-on?
You will received between 25-40 photos of the match.
What is the video hosting add-on?
We always provide you with a digital download of your video. It allows you to upload the video to your preferred video hosting platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) for sharing with friends and family. In certain instances, you may not want that video on those platforms for the anyone to find. Our Video Hosting add-on means we will host the video on our site for 14 days, provide you with a link and password for you to share only with your desired friends and family
